Level Card Terms & Conditions



(a) The “Company” shall mean The Decadance Group and its subsidiary or partner companies.

(b) “Member” shall mean the person, firm or company by whom the Level Up membership was setup, and whose personal details are stored within that Level Up account.

(c) “Working Day” shall mean Monday to Friday inclusive of each week except any Bank Holiday or Public Holiday. Expressions denoting the singular shall be deemed to include the plural and vice-versa.

(d) “Account” shall refer to the online account a Member sets up with the intention of accessing content and information from the Company websites, as well as discounts and benefits on offer from our selected partners, available from The Decadance Group Company websites, namely;,, and

(e) “Benefit” shall mean content which is only available to Members of the Level Up Scheme, as well as any discounts and offers which are available to Members from the Company and any third-party partners listed on this site who we work with and who have exclusively provided these Benefits for Level Up Members.

(f) “Partner” shall mean a company or individual who the Company works with and whom has offered a product or service at a discounted rate or with an offer attached to it, specifically for Level Up Members to benefit from.


Level Up Scheme

These terms and conditions apply to the entire Level Up Scheme and any participation in the scheme is considered as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Additional terms and conditions may be in place for optional elements of the scheme, as well as any further terms and conditions our partners may have for each and all the Benefits on offer to Members, details of these extra terms and conditions are available on the Benefit listing or by contacting the partner company directly. Members participating in the optional elements of the scheme will be considered as having accepted the additional terms and conditions.

Your Level Up account and Level Up Card are issued by and remain the property of the Company which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the operation of the scheme.

All members of the scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.

Members are only entitled to one Level Up Account each, and the Company reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.

Members must register their personal details and keep the Company informed of any changes. The Company cannot be held responsible for any loss of lack of delivery of information or decline of offers to Members as a result of out of date details which we hold.

New Level Up Accounts which are not confirmed within six months of first being used and accounts with out of date details that have not been updated for twelve months will be removed and any discounts of offers forfeited.

The Level Up Card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card.

The Level Up Card remains the responsibility of the Member, as do any security details relating to the Account. The Company cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of these items.

Members are expected to inform the Company when Level Up Cards are lost or stolen. Members are able to report such instances via this website by filling in the ‘replacement card form’ leaving the required details and submitting through to our team who will arrange for a new replacement card to be issued to the Member.

The Company may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Level Up accounts and cards in whatever form, and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme; any behaviour relating to Level Up Card that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

Level Up Cards can only be used for discounts and offers in association with the Company and other listed promotional partners who are part of the scheme, a list of and full details of which are available on this section of the website (

The theft or loss of a Members Level Up Card must be reported as soon as is possible following the loss of the card. Replacement cards can be issued following the submission of information via the Level Up Scheme information page ( Replacement cards incur a £5.00 administration charge which is payable over the telephone following the online form submission. Telephone payments can be made by calling 0330 088 4181 during office hours.

The scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Level Up Cards cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose.

Level Up Cards and the discounts and offers with the scheme cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.

Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any outstanding discounts or offers which were available to them.

These terms and conditions do not affect the Level Up Card member’s statutory rights, and these terms and conditions are correct at the time they were published as of September 2019. They are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, on reasonable notice, for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Level Up Card members who continue to participate with the benefits following such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.

A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
